How booking on Trendetna worksYou book and pay here, and the reservation is created in the operator's own system, so the times and prices you see are the ones they actually have.
Paid, but waiting for the operatorSome bookings need the operator to confirm after payment. Your money is taken, your place is requested, and the status changes when they answer.
Your confirmation, reference and ticketYour booking reference and ticket arrive by email and are always available under your bookings, whether or not the email did.
