Every experience on Trendetna is run by an independent company, not by us. What we do is show you what they have and take the booking.
What happens when you book
- You pick a date and a time. The availability and the price come from the operator's own booking system as you look at them, not from a copy we refreshed overnight.
- Choosing a time holds those places with the operator for a short while, so nobody takes them while you are filling in your details.
- You pay by card. The reservation is created in the operator's system, and their confirmation comes back to us.
- You get an email with the reference to show on the day, and the same booking appears under your bookings.
If you start a checkout and do not finish it, the held places are released and nothing is charged.
Why some listings have no Book button
Not every venue takes online bookings. Where an operator has no bookable inventory with us, the listing says so and points you either at their own site or at the Trending feed, where you can ask people who have been.
Prices marked "from"
A price on a card or a search result is the lowest price for that experience: usually one adult, on the cheapest ticket type, on a quiet date. The price you pay is the one shown in the booking panel once you have picked a date, a time and who is going, and it is itemised before you commit.
