Two places, always
Every confirmed booking is on your bookings page as soon as it is confirmed, with its reference, the operator's details and the ticket where the operator issues one. That page is the reliable copy. The email is a convenience.
If the email has not arrived
- Check the spam or promotions folder. Confirmation emails come from a Trendetna address with your booking reference in the subject.
- Check the address on your account, under account settings. A typo in an address is the most common reason a confirmation goes nowhere.
- Open your bookings. If the booking is there, it exists and it is valid, whatever your inbox says.
If the booking is not on that page either, and your card was charged, tell us and quote the amount and the date. Every payment has a record on our side and we can find it.
Which reference to quote
A booking usually carries two: ours, and the operator's own. Show the operator's on the day, and quote either to us. Both are printed on the confirmation email and on the booking page.
What the operator gets
The name, the email and the party details needed to hold the place, and any answers you gave to their own questions, such as a pickup address or a flight number. Nothing else.
