If an operator cancels a confirmed booking, you are refunded in full. You do not have to argue for it, and their cancellation deadline does not apply, because the cancellation was not yours.
The same goes for an experience that cannot run: weather, a boat that is not fit to sail, or a minimum party size that was never reached.
Tell us if they told you first
An operator's system does not automatically tell ours. So this reaches us either from the operator or from you.
If an operator has told you your trip is off and you have not heard from us, forward what they sent, with your booking reference. We will cancel the booking and refund it.
If they offer you another date
That is between you and them, and plenty of people would rather move than get their money back. If you take another date, tell us, because otherwise our records still show a booking for a day you are not going. If you would rather have the refund, say so and we will process it.
