A traveller books and pays on Trendetna, and the reservation is created in your own system through the connection we have with it. You see it where you see every other booking.
That arrangement is deliberate. Your calendar stays the one source of truth for what is available, so there is no risk of us selling a place you have already sold, and no second inbox for your staff to remember to check.
What we send you
The traveller's name and contact details, the ticket types and quantities, and the answers to any questions your product asks, such as a pickup address or a flight number.
Availability
What we show is read from your system as the traveller looks at it. If your calendar is wrong, the site is wrong in the same way and at the same moment, which is the correct trade: the alternative is a cached copy that is confidently out of date.
Cancellations
When a traveller cancels through us, we ask your system to release the booking before any money moves. If you decline, the booking stands and nothing is refunded, and we tell the traveller that plainly.
If you need to cancel a confirmed booking yourself, tell us as well as the traveller. Your system does not automatically tell ours, so a cancellation we are not told about leaves us showing a booking for a trip that is not running.
Money
Settlement runs on the terms agreed with you individually. For anything about a specific payment, write to us with the booking reference.
