Where the details are
The meeting point, the start time in local time, how long it runs, what is included and anything to bring are on the listing page and repeated on your confirmation. They come from the operator, in their own words.
Start times are the operator's own local time where the experience runs, not your phone's time zone.
On the day, contact the operator, not us
If you are lost, running late, or standing somewhere that does not look like a meeting point, call the operator using the details on your confirmation. They are the only people who can hold a departure, redirect a driver or find you.
We are not on the ground and cannot reach a guide faster than their own number can.
Bring the reference
Show the operator's reference from your confirmation. On a phone is fine. Some operators also ask for the name the booking was made in, or photo ID where an age limit applies.
If the experience did not happen as described
Tell us afterwards, with the booking reference and what happened, as specifically as you can: what was promised, what took place, and whether you raised it with the operator at the time. We will take it up with them. Where an experience did not run at all, see what happens when the operator cancels.
