Every experience on Trendetna is run by an independent company in its own country: a dive school, a boat, a restaurant, a driver. Not by us. Each one is named on its listing, with a page listing everything they run.
That split matters when something goes wrong, so here it is plainly.
The operator decides what the experience is, when it runs, what it costs, whether it goes ahead in bad weather, and what their cancellation terms are.
We are answerable for the booking: that the availability shown was real, that the price you were charged was the price shown, that the reservation reached them, and that a refund we owe you arrives.
If an operator has treated you badly
Tell us, with the booking reference. We take it up with them, and we keep a record.
We do not rate operators ourselves and we do not publish a score we invented. What we do have is the ability to stop selling somebody's experiences, and we have used it.

Ratings on this site come from travellers who booked through it, and from TripAdvisor where an operator has a verified profile. Where a rating is shown, the listing says where it came from. Where there is no rating, none is shown rather than a placeholder.
