Open a case from the contact page, or ask for a person in the help window. You do not need an account.
You get a case reference immediately, and an email confirming it. Replies arrive by email and the whole thread stays readable on the site through the link in that email.
What to include
One thing matters more than everything else: the booking reference, if your question is about a booking. With it we can see exactly what happened to your booking, what was charged and what the operator said. Without it, the first reply is us asking for it, which costs you a day.
After that: what you expected, what happened instead, and any figure or date involved.
If it is urgent
Say so, and say why. A trip happening today is treated differently from a question about a trip next month, and cases about a booking that is imminent are raised automatically.
On the day itself, though, the operator's own number on your confirmation is faster than we can be. See on the day.
What we will not do by email
We will never ask for your full card number, a password, or a one-time code from your bank. If a message claiming to be from Trendetna asks for any of those, it is not from us, and we would like to see it.
