You pay the operator's price. Trendetna adds no booking fee on top of it: browsing, posting and asking our assistants are free, and there is no membership.
Our margin comes out of what the operator charges us, not out of what you pay.
What the checkout shows you
Before you commit, the booking panel itemises what you are paying:
- the experience price, and how many of which ticket type it covers;
- where the operator prices in a different currency, the conversion and the rate used;
- any discount the operator is running, with the original price beside it;
- the total.
If a figure on that breakdown does not match what you expected, stop and ask us before paying rather than after.
Things that are not ours
Some operators collect something on the day: an entry ticket bought at the gate, a park fee, equipment hire, a tip. Where an operator says so, it is written on the listing under what is and is not included. That money goes to them directly and never passes through us, so we cannot refund it.
The current platform figures, including whether any service fee is charged at all, are published on the how it works page.
