Day three in Cabo with a five year old who has opinions. It was 34 at two o'clock yesterday and the pavement by the marina was hotter than the air, so anything that involves standing in a queue is out. Two options and I cannot choose. There is the two hour run out to the Arch and Lovers Beach, and there is a half day yacht thing with proper beach time in it. My worry with the short one is that it is all boat and no getting off. He does about forty minutes afloat before he wants to be somewhere else. My worry with the long one is the nap. He goes flat at half one whether I have planned for it or not. So does the two hour trip actually put you on the sand, or do you look at the rock from the water and turn round? And is there real shade on these boats, or is it a canopy over the middle third while everyone else cooks? Also toilets. Is there one on a two hour boat. He will ask at the furthest possible point from land.
