The koshary places around Sharia Al Falaki were still filling up at eleven, and a plate ran 40 to 60 EGP depending which door you went through. Second, the Nile dinner boat. I booked it for the river and the dancing and had written the food off in advance, and the food was better than I had written off. Set menu. The kofta came off the grill actually hot, and the molokhia had proper garlic in it, which you do not always get outside somebody's kitchen. Mezze first, with taameya I went back to twice. We left from the Garden City side at eight and I was at the hotel by quarter past ten. In June two hours of moving air on the water is worth about as much as the dinner is.
