Embarrassing question. I could not ask anyone I know without being laughed at. Private car for a day trip. The driver sat outside for about five hours while we were at the site and then again at lunch, and he bought his own food and would not let me pay for it. At the end I gave 20 dollars on a 130 dollar day and then worried about it for the entire drive back. Is 20 too little. Is it silly to give anything when the price already said driver and fuel included. Nobody writes this down anywhere.
