• Waiting Time: The driver will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. For airport pickups, we monitor flight delays.
• Duration: The journey takes approximately 4.5 to 5 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions.

• Important Vehicle & Luggage Guidelines1. Sedan (Maximum 4 Passengers - CNG Vehicle)Please Note: Most of our standard 4-seater sedans are eco-friendly CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) vehicles. The CNG cylinder is installed in the boot (trunk), which significantly limits the luggage capacity.Allowed Luggage: Maximum 1 Medium Suitcase (24 inches) + 2 to 3 Soft Bags / Backpacks / Cabin Bags.
• Condition: Large hard-case suitcases (28 inches or above) will not fit in the boot. For safety reasons, heavy luggage cannot be placed inside the passenger cabin. If you have more than 2 standard bags, we highly recommend upgrading to an SUV.
• 2. SUV (Maximum 6 Passengers)Allowed Luggage: Maximum 2 to 3 Medium Suitcases (24 inches) + Handbags.
• Condition: When all 6 passenger seats are occupied, the third-row seating is fully open, leaving very limited boot space at the back.
• For Heavy Luggage: If your group of 5-6 passengers is traveling with heavy luggage (4+ large suitcases), please request a vehicle with a roof carrier at the time of booking, or consider upgrading to a Tempo Traveller.
