Continue to Aspendos Theatre, one of the best-preserved Roman theatres in the world, ideal for climbing, photographing, and admiring its remarkable acoustics and structure. Then head to the coast to explore the harbor ruins of Side, where the Temple of Apollo stands dramatically above the sea, especially photogenic at sunset. Perge Ancient City. A sprawling Roman-era metropolis with a stadium, Roman gates, colonnaded streets, and a theater, all spread across open, walkable ruins surrounded by olive groves.
Serik
This remarkably preserved Roman theatre seats over 7,000 and still hosts concerts today. The stone structure is known for its flawless acoustics and sweeping hillside views.
Manavgat
Located on the coast, Side’s ruins include a Roman agora and the famous Temple of Apollo, which sits right by the sea. It’s one of the most iconic sunset viewpoints in the region.
